Return policy

1. General Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns made after this period may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.

2. Return Process:

  • Please contact our customer service via [contact method] to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAR). Returns without NAR will not be accepted.

  • Pack returned items carefully and include a copy of the original invoice and NAR in the return packaging.

3. Refunds and Exchanges:
