Return policy
1. General Return Conditions:

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns made after this period may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.
2. Return Process:

Please contact our customer service via [contact method] to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAR). Returns without NAR will not be accepted.

Pack returned items carefully and include a copy of the original invoice and NAR in the return packaging.
